01What is the difference between the two plans?+
Books & compliance runs the accounting: bookkeeping, reconciliation and filings, closed every month. Virtual CFO includes all of that and adds the monthly MIS, burn and runway, forecasting, investor reporting and CFO answers.
02Can we upgrade later?+
Yes. Many teams begin by getting the books and filings under control, then move to Virtual CFO when board questions, hiring decisions or a fundraise increase the need for it.
03Is GST compliance included in both?+
Yes. GST returns, input-credit reconciliation and notices support are part of Books & compliance, which sits inside both plans.
04Will we need to migrate systems?+
No. Fiscal Ahead works with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel and the tools already carrying your accounting data.
05We already have a CA. Why add Fiscal Ahead?+
Keep them. Your CA closes the books and files the returns, looking back. Fiscal Ahead adds the monthly management pack, the forecast and the next-decision view, working alongside the CA and the systems you already have.
06A bookkeeper costs far less. What is the difference?+
A bookkeeper records transactions. Books & compliance runs the books, reconciliation and GST and TDS filings, and closes them every month under a finance professional’s review. Virtual CFO adds the monthly pack, the forecast and the answers.
07Is our financial data safe?+
Your books stay in the systems you already use; nothing has to move into a new platform. The free Ask Kuber tool reads only the sentence you type; everything else stays in your browser. The privacy note explains exactly what is processed and where.
